Payment Methods

At Wellness Concierge, our preferred method of payment is Bitcoin On Base (BTCB) Cryptocurrency. We offer a 50% discount on GLP-1 weight loss medication for using this method (fulfilled by adding 50% more to your order free). 

We also accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Credit/Debit Card payments (with a small fee). Credit/Debit Card payment gateway available after completing the medical questionnaire and selecting your package.

Below we give wallet to wallet and payment texting instructions. We also outline how to purchase BTCB so you can invest in the project and use a portion to pay Wellness Concierge to receive the discount.

1. Send BTCB Wallet to Wallet. Our Wallet is wellnessconcierge.base.eth

2. Open your Coinbase wallet. Click on your portfolio on the bottom right. Click Bitcoin on Base. Scroll down a bit and click Send. Enter the payment amount. Then click next. Click “send with a text” and Coinbase will generate a link. Copy, paste and text that link to 415-203-8000. Once we accept the payment, you'll receive notification from Coinbase and we'll text you to verify as well. 

3. Please keep in mind we're giving you 50% more medication so pay the package cost in full and here is what you'll get:
1 month - 6 injections instead of 4.* (SAVE $225)
2 months - 12 injections instead of 8.* (SAVE $400)
3 months - 18 injections instead of 12.* (SAVE $525)

How to buy Bitcoin On Base (BTCB) on Coinbase. CONTACT US FOR HELP!

1. Open the Coinbase Application. (Download the Coinbase App and Coinbase Wallet from the App Store and sign up if you don't have them yet.)
2. If you need to deposit funds do it via Debit Card or PayPal (which can pull directly from your bank account. If you deposit directly from your checking account there is often a 1 week hold. Not recommended. 
3. Purchase either USDC (recommended) or Ethereum (ETH). 
4. Once it clears, send it to your Coinbase Wallet using BASE (practically no cost/gas). ENSURE YOU'RE SENDING IT TO THE RIGHT WALLET BY COPYING YOUR WALLET ADDRESS FROM THE COINBASE WALLET APP (TOP RIGHT) AND PASTING IT INTO COINBASE. 
5. Open your Coinbase wallet.
6. Go into your portfolio (bottom right icon).
7. Click SWAP on top.
8. Swap your USDC or ETH for BTCB!
9. Then you can scroll up to the section titled BTCB Payments (2 Simple Options) and follow the instructions. CONTACT US FOR HELP!

*Injections are to be taken once per week. Assume 8-10 pounds of weight loss per month although with proper diet, sleep and exercise, results can increase. Once payment is received, our pharmacy partners will deliver your GLP-1 Weight Loss products to your door within 48-72 hours.
